The year has kicked off with a bang, and I am excited to let you know about the new classes I am offering for early spring.
All the classes take place at my home in Central London. After each demonstration, we will eat all the dishes of the day. The session will take place around my kitchen island where there will be plenty of opportunity for chat and questions. Places are limited to 10 people. Book early to avoid disappointment!

For the ultimate weeknight dinner or weekend feast, tacos are always a winner. With fish and vegetarian fillings as well as chicken options, I will show you how to assemble a taco feast with all the sides and without breaking a sweat.

While it is no secret that butter is one of my great loves, there are times when its good to have a few dairy free options up your sleeve. Join me for some top tips on butter free baking including blood orange almond cake, coffee coconut creme caramel, and meringues. As well as the recipes we will talk all things baking including tips, equipment, and best ingredients.
Wednesday 29th March 7.30-9.30pm
Everyone loves roast chicken. During this evening I will demonstrate different ways to cook chicken – marinated chicken pieces, spring chicken salad and whole roast chicken. I will also give you a recipe and tips for using the leftovers.
