Sandwiched between the first two Building Feasts Supper Clubs is possibly my most exciting class to date! With BBQ season upon us, come learn to marinade, grill and dress the sides for the ultimate outdoor feasts.
All the classes take place at my home in Central London. After each demonstration, we will eat all the dishes of the day. The session will take place around my kitchen island where there will be plenty of opportunity for chat and questions. Places are limited to 10 people. Book early to avoid disappointment!

As we enter full BBQ season, come polish up your BBQ techniques. I will show you my favourite recipes to dress up your chicken, meat, fish and veggies including rubs, marinades, salads and dressings for outdoor feasts over the fire. While I will be cooking on the Big Green Egg we will talk through using a regular charcoal grills, and gas. As with all the classes, we will end the evening dining on the dishes of the night.
