Spring is in the air and we cannot stop thinking about sunshine food, outdoor feasts and creating dishes with all of the new season produce that is now hitting our farmers markets and greengrocer’s stands.
We are very excited to share our next series of Cook with Building Feasts classes with you before we hit full swing BBQ season, including a very special evening in Suffolk at The Merchants Table in Woodbridge.

Come join us around the kitchen island for our favoutie Simple Spring Suppers - inspiration for the midweek meal dolldrums, using all the beautful new season ingredients. We will talk all about meal planning Building Feasts style, the beauty of leftovers and entertaining in the summer months.

Building Feasts are coming to Suffolk for an evening at The Merchants Table. We would love you to join us for a Seasonal Local Feast that we will demo from the bounty of beautiful local produce available at this time of year. We will show you how to make our favourite salads and sides for the season, perfect to share with friends. We will also include a selection of the infamous Building Feasts’ Fridge Basics - marinated feta, a vinaigrette and a pickle. The demo will run for an hour and then everyone will sit down together to eat the meal.
We will start the evening with cocktails and nibbles from 7pm before sitting down to the demo, followed by a three course meal of sharing plates and conversation, Building Feasts style.

We believe that the sides make the meal. As we approach the Summer months we want to share our favourite sides to accompany your protein of choice, yet satisfying enough just to be eaten in all their colourful beauty as the main course of any meal. Finished with dressings and garnishes that can be made in advance in the fridge, this is class will shake up your current repertoire and inspire you with new flavours in your kitchen and al fresco dining.
