After a short hiatus and a lot of adventures in the kitchen working on a new project (more on that soon) we are very excited to announce our Autumnal series of Classes and a Supper Club listed below. We cannot wait to share all of the new ideas from our recent kitchen escapades with you.

Kicking off our new season of classes with our favourite “basics”. We look forward to showing you how to transform the simplest ingredients into delectable meals by building flavour, colour and texture into all of your dishes. We will make basic roast chicken, basic grains, basic greens and basic dressings for a basically delicious feast.

We can't wait to welcome you around our tables and share all of the new ideas we have been working on over the past few months. Come join us for a feast to celebrate the start of the festive season.

We will start the evening with cocktails and nibbles from 7.30pm before sitting down to a three course meal of sharing plates and conversation, Building Feasts style.
