Four years ago during a summer on the Suffolk coast, I spent every day (sometimes twice) at Pump Street Bakery and from there my friendship with Joanna was born. As Building Feasts grew and Jeremy and I started our Supper Clubs, Joanna has been an incredible supporter and collaborator, with Pump Street Chocolate as a key dessert ingredient at every event.
It is a huge honour for us to be cooking in the Pump Street Bakery kitchen on the 25th and 26th July. We hope you will join us for one of our signature evenings where we will create feasts made with local ingredients. Pump Street breads and chocolate will of course feature in our dishes.
The evenings will start at 7.30pm with cocktails and nibbles, before sitting down at 8pm for three courses of sharing plates, including wine. Places are limited to 14 per night so book early to avoid disappointment. Vegetarian options are available on request.
