Four Ways with Fish

As we enter the warmer months, I love to add more fish to my menus. Please join me on 23rd May at 7.30pm as I share my favourite ways with fish both for simple midweek meals and leisurely meals with friends for the Summer months. I will be including my tips and tricks for entertaining success as we make all the dishes.
As always we will taste all the dishes together on the night so come ready to nosh!
